Prohibited Content

Pornography, adult content, and obscenity

• Pornography, Nudity, and Sexually Explicit Material: Adult or explicit material depicting illegal acts or deemed to be exploitative shall be removed from the Platform network (including the Website, our server and user devices). See below for more details regarding our standards. We reserve the right to remove content that is deemed inappropriate, or that is flagged and reported by users.
• Pedophilia, Incest, Bestiality, Exploitation and Sexual Violence or Force: The Platform is conservative, as such authors and readers may not publish written, image, audio or video content that promotes pedophilia, incest, bestiality, or sexual violence or force. Such material is subject to immediate removal and possible disciplinary actions against the user.
• Commercial Pornography: We do not allow content that exists for the primary purpose of monetizing pornographic content or driving traffic to a monetized pornography site. If such material is found, it shall be immediately removed without notifying the user.
• Child Pornography: At Layla Cultural Platform, we have a zero-tolerance policy against child pornography. We will immediately block and inactivate users who publish or distribut child pornography, or who promotes material that is or purports to be child pornography. Such users actions be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Hateful content: Users (including both authors and members) may not publish material that promotes hate toward groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity.
• Violent content: Users may not publish direct threats of violence against any person or group of people, for any reason whatsoever. Users are not permitted to publish content that contains graphic violence. Users may not publish instructional material regarding the creation of weapons of mass destruction.

Private and Confidential Information

We, at the Layla Cultural Platform, do not allow the unauthorized publishing of people's private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, social insurance or security numbers, driver's and other license numbers, and other personal information that is not publicly accessible.

Impersonation

We do not allow impersonation of others through Layla Cultural Platform services in a manner that is intended to, or does, mislead or confuse others.

Unauthorized commercial activity

You may use the Platform services to create articles and promotions for your business or to promote your lawful products or services that are not otherwise prohibited by Our Content Policy (this document) or Terms and Conditions of Use. We don't allow pages that have the primary purpose of redirecting visitors, acting as a bridge page, or driving traffic to another website. We also don't allow content that has the primary purpose of profiting from displaying ads from any publisher network, such as pages created with little or no unique content that exist only to display ads. Such content will be removed from the platform, along with any links or posts that direct users to the content.

Unlawful use of our services

Layla Cultural Platform cannot be used for unlawful purposes or for promotion of dangerous and illegal activities. Such behaviour will result in account termination and the user may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Spam, malicious codes and viruses

We do not allow spamming or the transmission of malware and viruses or anything that might disrupt the Platform's services or harm our users and visitors. Spam includes, but is not limited to, sites that fail to meet the Platform's quality guidelines due to the use or promotion of such techniques as cloaking, keyword stuffing, search engine spamming, and doorway or bridge pages.

Copyright

We shall respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement provided by any user in accordance with our copyright infringement procedures. If the User believes his/her copyright has been infringed on our platform, (s)he may file a notice of infringement through the Help Portal contact page, or by sending an email directly to our system admin. All reported content alleged to be the subject of infringement shall be screened in a timely manner by us and removed, if deemed necessary in our sole discretion.
