Help - Manage your account
Your account is how you access content on Layla Cultural Platform from your web broswer or your mobile App.
Some information in your account cannot be changed, this includes your username, your real name, and your email address. We regard this information unique to each user and we use this information to identify different users.
However, you can change your account password. To do so, follow these steps:
- Login to your account.
- In the account summary window, click on the button Change, next to Password.
- Enter your new password. If it is accepted, it will be changed in our records and you can login the next time using your new password.
Accessing your Download Queue
The Download Queue is a very handy feature that lets you select books from the library and then download the same set of books on one or more of your devices. If you want to access your download queue, follow these steps:- Login to your account.
- From the top menu, select User Home, then click on Download Queue.
- You can remove items from your Download Queue by unticking them on the list, and then clicking on the Update button.
